Register for the 2021 KiDDS Cup


This year's golf tournament will be help at Little Turtle Golf Club on Friday, July 16th, 2021. Registration begins at 7:30am, with a shotgun start at 8:00am. Lunch will be served at 1:30pm and we will begin awards and prizes at 2:00pm.


Golfer Info

THE ENTRY FEE for each golfer is $300. This includes:

  • Cart

  • Greens fee

  • Valet bag drop

  • Breakfast and Lunch

  • Drinks and snacks available on the course

  • Complimentary use of locker facility and shoe shine

  • Complimentary use of practice range and putting green area


Sponsorship Levels


EVENT CO-SPONSOR · A foursome will be provided as the event sponsor. · Name on banner at club house the day of the event.

· Opportunity to add an item to the participant gift bags.

· Name in the title of the event and placed on publications. · Company name included on marketing materials that are sent to over 1,000 dental offices. · Opportunity to speak and address all participants during lunch (5-10 minutes). · Name listed on every golf surgery sign on the golf course (over 50 signs will be made). · Right of first refusal as event sponsor for following year. · Company representative included in check presentation ceremony. · Recognition at lunch and 6 lunch passes.

HOLE IN ONE SPONSOR · Sign with company logo will be placed at hole. · Company name included on marketing materials that are sent to over 1,000 dental offices. · Opportunity to add an item to the participant gift bag. · Representative given access to be at their sponsored hole to interact and introduce themselves to the golfers. · Table set in the banquet hall during lunch to display company information. · Recognition at lunch and 4 lunch passes.
